RMS World is an outstanding opportunity for professional growth, community, and fun! You'll be able to meet and interact with many other users from a wide array of international universities and colleges. You will also have a chance to spend time with many members of the RMS team. We will offer an abundance of specialized training and information on our cutting edge Mercury product, now on version 3. You will also have many chances to experience other invigorating speakers, engaging educational sessions, and invaluable networking opportunities.

Plan Your Trip:

This year we'll be taking the show on the road and heading to Orlando, FL! All RMS World activities will take place at the beautiful Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The property is right beside Disney Springs, which features a wealth of retail outlets, dining locations, and entertainment opportunities, all within walking distance of the Hilton. We have been able to secure a limited block of rooms at the property at a nightly rate of $189 (plus applicable taxes and fees). We're still finalizing the schedule for RMS World 2017 but it will be similar to RMS World 2016.

Meals:

Please be sure to note any dietary health restrictions when you register. You will also need to let Stacy Travis know which meals you plan to attend during the workshop. A list of the meals that are included in your Registration Fee are listed below.

  • Sunday - Evening Dessert Reception
  • Monday - Breakfast, Lunch
  • Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Dinner Groups at Disney Springs with RMS Staff)
  • Wednesday - Light Continental Breakfast, Lunch

Please note that meals provided during the workshop are intended for paying attendees only.

Registration Fee:

Early Bird Registration (available until July 15, 2017) - $770.00 per delegate - CLICK TO REGISTER
Standard Registration (on or after July 16, 2017) - $820.00 per delegate.

Payment of your registration fee is due at the time of registration via credit card, through our online payment portal. RMS accepts payments via Visa, MC, and American Express.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax, email, or mail. No refund will be made on or after July 16, 2017.
