Graham Banister, President

In the early 1990's Mr. Banister was a founding partner of RMS, helping to develop the initial RMS software. Since then he has managed various aspects of the company and in recent years has acted as President and CEO to formulate strategic company goals. He directed the move from Australia to the USA in 1996 and has been involved in leading the expansion of RMS to several other countries as the company has grown to become the world's leading higher education housing management solution.

Phil Mosely, Executive Vice President of Operations

As EVP of Operations, Phil Mosely directs all operations teams within RMS including; Support, Research and Development, Implementation, Quality Assurance, Internal IT, Finance and HR. Mr. Mosely works in partnership with RMS' VP of Sales and the President to provide strategic direction and corporate strategy for RMS. Prior to joining RMS, Mr. Mosely ran the Life Sciences software product division for TAKE Solutions, a global technology solutions and service provider and spent the first 18 years of his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding and building multiple software and IT Services companies including OnSphere Corporation and DB Basics. Mr. Mosely attended North Carolina State University.

Andrew Tanner, Vice President of Sales

Prior to joining RMS, Mr. Tanner worked as a Manager within the University Housing and Conference Services environment. With experience of many system implementations, he joined RMS as they embarked on the North American. RMS operation. During the last 10 years he has helped to establish RMS as one of the leading housing, judicial and conference software providers globally. At RMS, he is focused on building customer driven sales activities whilst increasing product knowledge with customers globally. Mr. Tanner attended Dalhousie University.

Yun Xiong, Vice President of Research and Development

Ms. Xiong has over 10 years of experience in managing the full life cycle of software development and is responsible for software design. During her time at RMS, Yun has designed and implemented the initial version of RMS software applications and led teams in the successful subsequent software releases. Ms. Xiong graduated with a Master in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina at Columbia.

Kyle Hammett, Director of Customer Success

Mr. Hammett is responsible for overseeing all global customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction with the products, services, and communication delivered by RMS. He provides strategic consulting, planning, and project management services to assist offices of Housing and Residence Life in achieving targeted business objectives. Kyle also supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of the RMS Support team. Prior to joining RMS in 2007, he graduated from and worked for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mollie R. Steinberg, Business Manager

Ms. Steinberg joined RMS as Business Manager in 2005 with 18 years of accounting and office management experience. She oversees accounting functions, administrative operations and provides a strong support foundation for the RMS Team. She leads with an effective and efficient style that keeps the team and company on a straight and strong path to meeting its goals. Prior to working at RMS, Ms. Steinberg was the Controller of Access Medical Development, a Raleigh Real Estate Firm, and held various accounting roles with the John Portman Real Estate Companies in Atlanta, Ga. Ms. Steinberg graduated from UNC-Wilmington and Georgia State with degrees in Marketing and Accounting.
