RMS Walkabout is the latest in module releases that allows you to interact with more components of RMS in real time and through a wireless or cell connection. RMS Walkabout has been designed to eliminate the headaches of your staff and students. We have taken all of the functionality you need at the students’ room and incorporated it into a ‘lite’ version of RMS. Using almost any smartphone device with a web browser and wireless or cell connection, you can perform the following functions:

  • Check in and out of students and conference guests
  • Charges and credits (ie: damage billing) to a student or delegates´ room account
  • Create work orders and define maintenance issues from anywhere
  • Update inventory and the status of the items in the room
  • Search for information on students or delegates
  • View rosters and other reports as required
  • Update housekeeping information with regard to what rooms need servicing and when these task have been completed
