RMS Walkabout enables staff to manage student housing needs from anywhere, at anytime from the convenience of their PDA or cell phone device.
Using any smartphone device with a web browser and with a wireless or cell connection, staff can:
- Check in, as well as check out students and conference delegates.
- Add charges and credits to a student or delegate room account e.g. if there is any damage.
- Create work orders and define maintenance issues from anywhere.
- Update the inventory and the condition of items in rooms.
- Search for information on students or delegates.
- View rosters and other reports.
- Update housekeeping information to identify which rooms need servicing and when these task have been completed.
- Track judicial affairs whilst on campus.
