Using any smartphone device with a web browser and with a wireless or cell connection, staff can:

• Check in, as well as check out students and conference delegates.
• Add charges and credits to a student or delegate room account e.g. if there is any damage.
• Create work orders and define maintenance issues from anywhere.
• Update the inventory and the condition of items in rooms.
• Search for information on students or delegates.
• View rosters and other reports.
• Update housekeeping information to identify which rooms need servicing and when these task have been completed.
• Track judicial affairs whilst on campus.
