RMS World 2012 - Business Operations and Technology Workshop
The Business Operations and Technology Workshop will allow you to meet other users and to share information. RMS will provide you with more specialized training, a preview of new modules, and an opportunity to share, discuss and explore.
We have numerous sessions, discussion times and meetings planned. The conference is one that will be sure to challenge every user.
RMS World 2012 will be held March 18 - 21, 2012 in beautiful San Antonio, Texas! Early arrivals are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The initial program for the 2012 Business Operations and Technology Workshop will be available soon. To see what to expect, check out the 2011 Conference Schedule. Specific session details will become available in the lead up to the conference, and we invite you to submit proposals for sessions at this time.
Hotel Information:
Hyatt Regency is FULL! The Hyatt Regency has notified us that they are full. All of our rooms in our hotel block have been taken. Please click on the below link for a list of alternate hotels that are located close to the Hyatt Regency. We do not have a conference rate at these hotels. If you are making alternate arrangements, please contact the Conference Chair, Stacy Travis stravis@ucsd.edu and let her know where you are staying.

Registration Fee:
To qualify for early registration, $795.00 per delegate is due no later than November 30, 2011. Registrations received after November 30, 2011 will be invoiced at $850.00 per delegate.

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with invoice within 3-5 business days.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax, email or mail. No refund will be made after November 30, 2011. A $500 fee will be charged if registration is cancelled prior to November 30, 2011
