As is typical with most software applications new to an office, clients initially use only a fraction of the functionality built into the entire RMS system. Unfortunately, job demands prevent many users from examining how RMS is currently used functionality disappear from the forefront and current office practice becomes "that´s the way its always been done". Capabilities you don´t even realize exist could make a big difference in the level of service you provide to students and staff. The purpose of this service is to ensure clients maximize the value of their RMS application and investment. Let RMS experts help identify other useful functionality within your current RMS software or suggest add-on modules to improve your business processes. We can demonstrate how problem areas and inefficient procedures are alleviated through functionality you have, but are not using, or through new modules/functionality that RMS has developed.

Typically, the RMS Applications Specialist works with users on identifying problem areas, observing current office practices, and the process of proposing and developing possible solutions to these issues. It is very much a "give and take" approach where the user is involved from start to finish. The end result could be as simple as the RMS staff person observing staff at work and then showing them a more efficient method of accomplishing their end goal to a detailed report of observed business practices with several proposals for improved efficiency.
