T CERTAINLY has been a busy fall for us. We have been working with new clients getting them set-up and welcoming them to the RMS family, along with working with familiar faces on various items such student web self-assign, training new housing/residence life staff members, and business process reviews.
We have been to Dallas, Texas to East Lansing, Michigan to Fort Myers, Florida to Stockton, California to Capetown, South Africa to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and many other places in between. Rumor has it that trips to Singapore and Hong Kong may be our near future. Travel aside; we did want to update y’all on few items of interest.

First, if you have been to https://www.rms-inc.com lately, you would have noticed a long needed upgrade to the site (thanks, Andrew for making that happen). Under the Client Services header is a link (titled Training funny enough) to the schedules of all the training courses that we offer. These schedules provide some insight as the time involved with these sessions as well topical content. The other link, Consulting, describes the intent of our business process review, a visit that is gaining in popularity.
Second, all training documents (e.g. end user manual) are found under the Client Support header by clicking on the Technical Documentation link. As before, clients will need to enter in their client name and ID to access this site. If you aren’t sure what your name and ID are, please do not hesitate in contacting us. An addition coming shortly to this site is a “last updated” date to each document so folks can track when we have made some revisions.
Finally, another feature coming in the New Year is the creation of an on-line training evaluation form. I know most of you will miss those wonderful Likert scale evaluations that we handed out, but that’s progress. Thanks to Jason for setting this up for us.
