HEN you have a question or experience a problem with our application, Helpstar is the primary vehicle for you to log the ticket and for the support team to investigate, address and resolve the situation within a reasonable amount of time. Recently we have rolled out the client details functionality enabling you to provide the support team with valuable information that we use to address your situation.

Now we are providing you an opportunity to tell us how we did with the ticket.

Helpstar has a function called the Approval Rating where you can rate the timeliness and quality of the closed tickets from low to Excellent and also provide your comments pertaining to that ticket. Your rating and comments are very important for the support team to understand what your level of satisfaction is pertaining to that ticket so that we can review and address any concerns in order to provide you with the level of support that that you deserve.

How to submit an approval rating on a closed ticket

1. Log into the Helpstar Web client

2. Click on the "look up history of closed requests button

3. Select either the all, rated or unrated option and click the find button

4. Click the reference number link on the ticket you would like to rate.

5. Click the button with the check box to open the rating form

6. On this Approval Rating form, rate the quality and timeliness level and provide comments if you wish. Then click the approve button
