Product Enhancement Proposals

With strong support from RMS the User Exec Board is proud to announce the go-live of the Product Enhancement Proposals (PEP) website available at www.rms-inc.com/trac

Access to the PEP website is limited to one login per school. Use your University login and password provided by RMS for access to Documentation downloads, etc. to gain access to this new site. PEP (Trac) was designed to ensure only one vote is made per school for proposals to enhance the RMS software products. Anyone who is not privy to their schools’ account login/password is asked to work with the main RMS support contact at your school to formulate and submit your proposal for consideration.

On a periodic basis, the Development Committee, headed by Sean Berthold (Chair-Elect) will review submissions and determine whether it is an existing bug, an existing enhancement proposal, a proposal that has a simple work around, or a legitimate Proposal for consideration in a future RMS release. Proposals selected for consideration, will be posted for voting by the Client logins. The results of the voting will be an index that may be used to assign a priority to a given proposal for RMS future development. RSS feeds will be enabled for those interested in receiving updates as proposals progress through the process.
