Our support team is hard at work for you and ready to handle anything that comes across our desk.

What would RMS be without the support team? Every department is important in the functionality and maintenance of RMS but being a bit biased, I have to say that the support team plays a big part in this process.

Over the years people have come and gone, but I am very proud of our current team (Lana, Kyle, Coy ,Brad and Myself). We are always here to assist when trouble arises or questions come up, and we are committed to work the issue to
resolution.

We currently have 3 shifts
2:00 am - 11:00 am
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Times are in EST.

Our goal is to provide support for you during your business hours. We
understand that there are times when certain processes and/or maintenance procedures need to be performed off hours. We are here for you, and we are only a phone call away.

Last year 3221 tickets were logged and we closed 3244 tickets.
This year 1692 tickets have been logged and we have resolved 1706 tickets to date.
