Executive Vice President, Operations
Hello all. My name is Phil Mosely and I am the new Executive Vice President of Operations for Residential Management Systems. I started with RMS in late August and am very excited to be a part of this great organization.
I attended NC State University in the early 1980s and have worked in the Raleigh/RTP North Carolina area ever since. Over the last 2 decades I have been a founder and/or principal and executive in four software and technology consulting companies; Excel Systems, DB Basics, Report2Web and OnSphere/PharmaReady Corporation. Throughout my career I have been building and managing companies which develop, sell, implement and support software products and IT services and solutions for corporations, state and local governments as well as a few universities.
Immediately prior to joining RMS, I was the EVP of Operations for the PharmaReady product business unit of a company called TAKE Solutions. We marketed our FDA compliant Document and Submissions Management software to Pharmaceutical Companies and other Life Science organizations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific markets. I was one of the founders of the OnSphere/PharmaReady product business prior to selling our company to TAKE Solutions a few years ago.
Although I don’t have a university housing background, I believe my experience building teams and companies to deliver business critical technology solutions to a wide range of organizations will serve me well in my role here at RMS. My responsibilities at RMS are to manage all aspects of Development, Implementation, and Support of the RMS product suite as well as oversee administrative functions of the company such as Accounting and IT. I report directly to Graham Banister, President of RMS. In addition, I work closely with our VP of Sales, Andrew Tanner, to facilitate our sales and marketing process and provide the best possible service to our customers before and after the sale.
On a personal side, I have been married for 18 years to my wife, partner and best friend Stephanie, from New Bern North Carolina. Stephanie also attended NC State Univ in the 1980s and that is how we met. My son Mitch is 13 and my daughter Abbey is 10, both attend school here in Raleigh.
I have been and will continue to reach out to existing customers to do review calls and on-site visits. I am most interested in talking with you, our customers, to learn how our product, our implementation and support services and our customer service help you today and how they can be improved.
